“Picture Perfect Wedding”
Pre-Event Planning
- Unlimited Consultation Time including face-to-face visits, vendor visits, email and phone correspondence
- Create wedding budget, timeline and checklist to keep all details organized
- Assist in locating and booking ceremony and reception locations
- Concept wedding theme and design (including all floral, linens, lighting, favors and décor)
- Negotiate contracts with vendors (photography, videography, musicians)
- Review any existing vendor contracts
- Assist with creating and printing all stationary (Save the Date, Invitations, Programs, Place Cards, Table Cards, Favor Cards, Thank you Cards, Table Numbers)
- Assist with menu selection and catering negotiations (food, beverages, cake)
- Arrange transportation for entire bridal party and any guests if necessary
- Negotiate room blocks for out-of-town guests
- Attend final fittings for bridal party attire
- Schedule all cosmetic (hair and makeup) appointments for bridal party for wedding day
Week/Day of Coordination
- Orchestrate wedding rehearsal
- Create welcome packages for visitors and deliver to hotels
- Confirm all vendor contracts, pricing and timeline with all vendors
- Distribute final payments and tips to vendors on behalf of couple
- Coordinate all pre-wedding events including rehearsal dinner
- Serve as coordinator during entire day of wedding overseeing all vendors, orchestrating timeline and ensuring everything is… Picture Perfect!
- Assistant on day of event for a minimum of 6 hours
